Stuck in Tutorial

Just got the game and get stuck in the first tutorial when I am supposed to move the mouse wheel. I never get the continue button.

I found a note in this section on how to bypass this... but cannot refind it and do not remember the bypass.

Please give me the bypass again ... press Y and then ....???? Also is there a way to just bypass this frame and still play the rest of the first section of the tutorial?? Many thanks, Jbbpioneer
