Online flying with oxygen mask and eyeglasses.
 

Guys, what do you think about, your vision from the cockpit, to be restricted from the frames of aviator's eyeglasses and oxygen mask? Total immersion in SOW-BoB, ...Jut imagine.

...Or may be first I should have to buy them, then equip myself with them, and then to fly online...: )

Don't forget to conect your mask to an oxygen bottle too, otherwise you risk choking to death while simming around...;)

A few other ideas ...

- When flying open cockpit planes like the IL2 place a large fan and position it to blow in your face

- If flying open cockpit in the rain have your spouse/partner/friend spray water into the fan and squirt you with a water pistol.

- Run your PC from a petrol generator and use a large duct to collect oil and petrol fumes and direct them towards your face

- on a rough landing have your spouse/partner/friend hit you with a bat. This will have the added advantage of getting them involved in your hobby

- you may also with to have them blow smoke in your face and set fire to your trousers when you get shot down

Attach some explosives to your chair and rig it up to your PC via USB for that realistic explosion/plane disintergration effect.

I'm sure it can be done with device link or something.

Well gentlemen, this question is related with the other very urgent theme - The Humans in Storm Of War. Conception is missing at most. It seams Humans are useless in to the game engine. But, I hope that Oleg will surprise us with astonishing approach to the problem, which will find great solution.

Actually, I would like to see human 3D texture, than another electricity generator 3D texture for Storm Of War. Dear Oleg, please do something!

I do not see the connection between a thread about wearing goggles and a flying helmet while sitting at your PC playing IL2 and the detail levels in SOW.


Seriously not everyone is that interested in talking about SOW obsessively, it will be out when its out, meanwhile there are plenty of other fascinating things to talk about.
