Two Hurricanes from 87 Squadron
Finally got around to uploading my first Hurricanes that I've been working on for some time. Not as fun to work on as the 109's as the panellines and rivets are heavy and kind of weathered in a way that can't be turned off. Still, I love the Hurricane and it's workhorse role in the Battle of Britain so hopeully I'll make some more soon!

Does this mean Cpt Farrel's finally run out of interesting Emils? Can't wait until we get later models!

Beautiful Capt.,that's got to be Sdn Ldr Peter Townsend's Hurri isn't it?
|
Thanks! That's right, it's Townsends Hurricane that he got after he was shot down in another one also marked VY-Q. I might do skins for both as there were some minor differences.
Right now I'm working on VY-R in its experimental camo... |
