problem of connection with ATAG
 

HI all
my problem is very simple:i can reach quickly the map where all icons of airports are located and then it seems the game start to sleep because nothing more happen.I can neither select a flag nor select an airport.Does someone know what i have to do to play with other players. All help would be much appreciated.

Sometimes it takes a while for the flags to show up. Sometimes they dont show up - its a bug.

so i don't know what to do because even if i restart my pc the same happens

Dont restart the PC, just restart the game and connect again. Dont press anything until the flags show up. Should only take 2 mins at the most.

When the map appears it is only after far more than 2 minutes. i've just tried now and after several attempts it was impossible to me to be connected once in an hour.I tried to go out of the game to open a window of seven and come back to the game (i heard it could solve my problem) but without results.now i don't have anymore ideas to solve my problem.

Try a different server and see if it is the same. It might be because that server is busy.

Check also antivarus and firewall.

it is the same with other server but this problem appeared since saturday.i think i will try to check my antivirus.what should allow only the port of ATAG or something else or what ?

Just make sure the game is allowed in the exceptions list.

Have you changed anything in the Conf.ini file?

Have you modded your game?

Do you have multiple installs?

Varyfy the integrety of the game cache in steam. Goto Steam Library, Right click the game, select properties. Click the Local Files tab, click veryfy integrety of the game cache.

Ihave changed nothing in the game.I have done you told me to do and i thought you have found the solution because steam found 36 uncorrect files and downloaded them ( i also made a defragmentation), but it is the same: impossible to be connected 15 minutes later (then i stop because i don't thing something else will happen).
