Recording Tracks
Is there a way to record tracks on the hoof at all i.e. toggling a button on and off.
Reason I ask is I would like to recall segments of online action but not obviously an hour or so's flying? |
+1
I think we need back the button call for track toggle on/off. Too awkward to switch back to the menue to start one. Also we need the ntrk format back. |

Big plus one from me too.
On a side note, CoD's little brother just announced a neat little camera wobble effect for external view and playbacks. Should be useful for movie makers out there. http://riseofflight.com/Forum/viewtopic.php?t=25017 |
IL2 is better than CLoD in a number of ways and recording and playing tracks is one of them.

A +1 from me too! Such a shame that while IL2 has improved in many areas, it has taken a step backwards in others. |

The track feature isnt working yet.
Lets hope it gets fixed sometime this year. |
You still can press ctrl+E and stare as long as needed ;)

Actually I must chip in here and agree completely with most of these posts.
To be able to save a replay at the end of a flight is a real bonus but to have a quick record button is almost as essential. It seems crazy to have to predict you will have a good mission before you fly it, whereas after a flight you know if it's worth saving? +1 Cheers, MP |
recording should have been the same as previous versions, why was it changed?
When you're on a good thing, stick to it! . |
Me thinks its some thing that will eventually get fixed. It was a grate feature in IL-2 so to not have the same in COD would be just plain silly. As with most thing COD PC performance is the biggest priority ATM and track recording hurts this. Hopefully it'll be back in the not to distant future.
