Don't forget to turn the reflections back ON

I sure hope they can bring the reflections back, because I just installed this new beta and it felt like going back in time to Forgotten Battles 3.0.:(

I loved the reflections of the clouds in the water. It was such a beautiful effect.
Now that drop dead gorgeous lighting engine lost all the substance.:(

This game had two awesome things in a sea of bugs, crashes, poor performance and broken parts. This two things kept calling me back for more.

The cockpits and the beautiful lighting engine.

This last beta pretty much killed the best two parts this game had.

I sure hope you can bring that beauty back, because this last one just killed it for me. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/bigtears.gif http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/bigtears.gif http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/bigtears.gif http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/bigtears.gif

I just checked. No milk. I guess I'll have to settle with just the warm breasts.:-P

I went back and deleted the conf.ini file +cache and tried again. Still gone. I have a few missions with clouds i try all the time. Everything is dull and flat no matter what time of day.:(

One weird bug I noticed attacking some He111's at 4:00 in the morning was how completely out of sync the brightness of the "wounded" red texture compared to the outside environment. I think that "wounded" texture is not affected by the general luminusity of the environment.

I hope they can get it all fixed again.

Looks like to me a lot of things have been removed with these Beta's..

Lets hope they return with the official patch

Some things HAVE to get reduced for a better overall performance, so that all the people without high-end machines can turn everything to high! :D :D :D !!!

This would make no sense at all. I hope this was sarcastic. Eliminating the option for high end computers to run high end graphics just so low end computer users can run on "high".? It would just be low settings with a new name. We would be reversing progress. We might as well all sell our computers and go back to super mario world for the nes... i really hpe the devs get it together man. It seems with the exception of the sounds and landscape, everything is heading down the tubes.

While we're on the subject of missing effects, is it just me or is cockpit glass still not showing properly? While the last beta patch it had a weird sheen to it regardless of the lighting, now its almost non-existent until the light hits it.

I haven't played the current retail version for a while but I swore the glass looked fine then.
