After clicking on her link (stupid I know), I got an email from my ISP saying my system was sending out spam. Not good.

Kind of a good rule of thumb if you get what "seems" like a wierd message. e-mail, or really anything that makes you think WTF? - don't Don't! Ever Open it! you hear your Anti Virus giving you the Jolly Roger get rid of it !

One sure way to rid or at least cut way down on forum spam: Admin activation.

It's a pain and time consuming, but it is effective.
