They look great. The top and bottom ones hint at how much better the game might look when the new graphics tweaks come around, as the new colouring and lighting is designed to better simulate the effect of the atmosphere. :)

Actually I thought about it but it bothers me when I get screensavers that have a name or logo on the picture. Kinda messes the whole look of my desktop hehe :)

Really nice images! I'd recommend you change the field of view to 30 degrees to avoid the obvious distortion of the planes. Change to FOV 30 degrees and zoom right out and you get a more natural of the aircraft, more how the human eye views things.

Avoid the distortion and your images will be top notch!

Programs like Displayfusion will be of help here, in case not everyone's screen size is catered to.

Outstanding work, Kauffman. Those last two, and especially that Stuka pic, are simply wonderful.

Edit: I see Mazek has added some great ones too. Great stuff guys.

Fun stuff this when on parental leave... More work than meets the eye, especially the Ju 88 above was a lot of per pixel edit to get it to look real.

Here's my attempt, just an experiment really. I can't run CoD particularly well on my system so the anti-aliasing isn't great in my original screenshot. Might be something I'd try again and hope to improve on.

Great image. The only thing that is slightly spoiling this great image (which is not your fault as you could not have done anything about it) is that the pilots always look so disproportional: a small head on a fat barrel body. I really think that the pilots need an optical rework. They always look as completely overweight.

He he, sharp eye, the image is actually pre release (from february or so), and it was from a long thread debating the pilot size in this image where I made this edit and said "come on, besides the size of the pilot - how easy is it to see that this is not a real shot? ". I think they fixed the pilot size and position after that. I don't remember it beeing this bad in the release version?

Actually in my version it is exactly like this (yet to see the pilots with the last patch, perhaps they changed that with the last one). Interestingly I think that the British chaps look a bit less misshaped than axis pilots ... but only a lil bit

If you would think about a wallpaper release i'd be really happy to see some 110s Zerstoring around :D

I love this one.

I'm torn between the 110 and the Stuka; one because of the plane, the second because of the Blue effect.... :)
