And this belongs in this forum how?
|
this has got to be the most disturbing video I've seen in a while.
...it's a nail gun, right? And if you look closely, you can see a faint inscription on the kid's head: "marked for cruel, accidental death" I would've bet on an US guy, though  |

I'm pretty sure that IS a US guy making a lame Russian accent...and it's just a full auto shotgun, firing normal 12 gauge ammo, ie you'll be out of ammo in next to no time at all since shotguns don't hold much at the best of times (as in this case, with drum mags)

Wow imagine those babies in a high school shooting. Giggity!
|
|
Can't sneak that cannon past the metal detectors at school...
|
how can you ignore threads? So that they no longer show up?

Where would be the difference if I asked that somewhere else?

I think americans and russians have a lot in common...

I don't know... I find it an interesting channel on YouTube. I subscribed to it even. No idea where he gets the equipment for these videos but there's a certain entertainment factor to be had. I'll definitely be even more interested if he can find a working Hispano 20mm or MG151/20 (not holding my breath on that one) :D
|
I wonder if I could rent that 40mm for a weekend. I'd place a deer blind over it. Ohhh imagine pig hunting with that!
|
There would not be much of that pig or deer left after you shoot it with that gun just look what it does with that figurine

It's not the first time either, that I feel somehow "disgusted" by the semplicity, the "easiness of speaking" and the totally amateurish way of depicting "tools" created for the sole purpose of killing. It's not a car test drive... I don't know... I am just disturbed by these kind of vids. When I studied in Canada (I was 16-17 years old, 12 years ago) I met many guys that came to that country from Russia, the Ukraine and other ex-urss countries. I had a lot of friends , and they really had exactly the same accent: it's a bit like going back in time.... Ahhh....I'm getting old I guess. :-) Cheers Rick |
Well, we're all somehow dealing with lethal weapons (and I won't say that I'm not interested in that topic, from an engineering and historical standpoint - I'd still consider my home to be defiled if there were actual guns around...), but I expect sane persons to keep it confined to the virtual flightsim world ^-^

He seems like a nice enough kid, dresses well, is courteous and entertaining :) I'll bet also, he's done his two years of compulsory service somwhere.
And yes, of course - the subject matter is "things designed to kill people"....... Just like Spitfires, 109's, Ju-88's, etc..... Me personally, I'd feel sort of odd critizing him about what he's doing in on a forum dedicated to a war simulation product. Good and interesting post for a Friday S! Gunny |
Now there was me thinking I was on a gaming forum for Flight Sims:confused:
|
In one of his other videos, he riddles a copy of Modern Warfare 2 with bullets from various weapons.
So, you know, he's not all bad. ;) |

That's why I really love the WW1 airbattles: the idea of chivalrous pilots trying to eliminate their adversary from the air, saluting them if they wanted to land after the battle. They wanted to eliminate the plane, not the pilots flying them. Oh.... how naive is that. As odd as it may seem, I see a difference between the two types. Infantry machineguns, rifles, bayonets, guns, are different beasts. Vulgar tools made just to kill human beings :-P (read a joke between the lines guys...) Cheers Rick |

I don't get this fear and loathing people have for guns. This guy is obviously a collector/aficionado, like many people who do these types of videos, review shows. Would you have the same feeling about someone who collected and reviewed swords? Those too were designed and made purely for the purpose of killing people, but I bet if someone was described as a connoisseur and authority on swords you would be thinking closer to museum curator than disgusting fan of killing. There is no difference, if you perceive one then it's just that, your own perception clouded by your preconceived notions of gun enthusiasts. Now stop whining about other peoples hobbies and get back to shooting down virtual bomber crews 3-10 at the time with your 8 rapid fire killing weapons with wings.
