German Campain?

Okay where is it. I finished flying for the Brits and I dont see the option for the German campain. Am I missing something?

Never mind.........figured it out.

machoo 05-23-2011 06:01 AM

What's with the name of it? Why not just call it "German Campaign"

skouras 05-23-2011 06:38 AM

its not full campaign
its 3 mini campaigns that simulates accurate historical missions
with 3 different aircraft
bf 109
bf 110
and the stuka
enjoy:-)

give me some good campaigns !

.... I`d like to have real campagnes like the ones that were available for the old IL2 from pluswave:
http://www.pluswave.de/html/pwx_english.html
those were really good !

Instead of speculating what theatre will come next as addon, I`d rather have two (english and german) really good campagnes for IL2-CloD that dont just go a few weeks during the high time of the Battle of Britan in summer 1940 ! (channel break-through of the german battleships Scharnhorst and Gneisenau etc.,...many events on the Western Front could be implemented)

But that is probably asked too much of an unfinished sim that does not even have all its basic components that it is supposed to have (no warships etc., ...) and that is still a beta-version when it is sold as a finished product.

Dynamic campaign please. One that is winnable even if you play axis.

NSU 05-23-2011 12:21 PM

My guess is 14-25 euros, based on their il2 campain prices. Anyone have experiences about Desastersoft il2 campaigns?

If I can get them for 15-20 € I will buy them definitly (assuming that the devs fix the radio that I can give my mates the order to land) ;)

I'm counting the days.

Are their products available at other Amazon sites?

JG27_brook 05-23-2011 08:05 PM

four bf109 missions is really sad! and the quick mission builder is better in IL2

Seeker 05-23-2011 09:16 PM

I've bought mission packs for IL-2 before, and some were very much worth it.

I'd quite happily pay a couple of bucks for a good campaign. I'd probably pay a couple more if was an "official" one from 1c, I'd have thought it a good side line for them.

Steam's a perfect way to distribute DLC.

Hi NSU thanks for the hints.
Nice to read from you. Long time ago we met at Albstadt Degerfeld watching the red 7 (BF109) fly, maybe see you again this year at Hahnweide Oldtimermeeting?
:)

great, maybe all of us who go there should wear a Sturmovik T-shirt, that way we can quickly tell who also belongs to the veteran sim fanatics on this forum.
