Has anyone started to create and offer them for down load? I saw the Cpt Farrel has been working on some that look amazing but are not released yet..

Hey JG14 Jagr, many people, including my self have started making skin from skins that shipped with the game

It is perfectly legal - in the eyes of steam and 1C - to use these skins in game

Re these skins ok to go online with Shado??

I'm placing certain markings on the skins ( Hakenkreuz ) so that there is no need for the dll hack, whether you can go online with them I dont know, I cant see how the Steam software could detect skin change if they did you would only be allowed online with the default skins.

But we will see, I'll let you know if I get banned :)

Firstly thanks goes to Cpt Farrel and his wonderful skins, I have learnt a lot from them.

I have included (the symbol that must not be named) on this skin so no dll hack needed.

Installation notes:

Download, unarchive and copy the jpg's into : C:\Users\XXXX\Documents\1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover\PaintSchemes\Skins\Bf-109E-3

Settings within Group properties in FMB set to:

Fighter Stabstaffel
Stab./JG 2
Stab/

when i open map with skins of aircraft it is empty- it has no templates?
where are they?
do i have to download them:confused:
