Wasn't there a list of virtual squads for IL-2? Or was that CFS2?

Anyway, where do single pilots look for a squad to join?

Remember the old IL-2 forum where recruiters were working hard and larger squads had a dedicated recruiting officer. Hehe.

You are most welcome to check the Syndicate out. We are active in RoF and CoD and run servers for both sims. We also have our own Ventrilo server.

Any chance you could post the syndicate ventrilo server address up ? I love the full realism server but have just downloaded vent but cant find your server.
Its me I know, I use T/S3 and am not used to ventrilo, so if you could give me a noobs guide to connecting that would be great. At the moment I get the message "cannot resolve host name" .

The easiest way to connect to vent (as a new vent user) is to go to our website. www.syndicatesquadron.com

If you look at the right hand side of the screen there is a ventrilo window that shows you all channels and who is connected in vent. Simply click on that window (the blue part that says Syndicate Public) and vent will automatically connect you and fill in the server details for you (which you can then save)

For manually entry: syndicate.vent.nfoservers.com Port: 11310

that sounds bad the way you say that sounds like you need more training to me?

are squad SDT have fought against some of the toughest squads in il2 including sky9t cro 54th ect and we manage to hold are own diciplin and training is all it takes :D

You are very welcome to apply. As it is a Allied airforce we have historical sqds for a lot of non-UK nations. We even have a large Italien contingent.

Looks like this might be turning into one. ;)

Click my sig and you will be taken to not one, but two squads. We are essentially one squad with 5./JG27 being the parent unit and Farber is our collective CO. We are mostly in 1946 right now flying coop campaigns and online dogfight servers such a Warbirds of Prey.

5./JG27 consists of four Schwarm. Two of which are fully manned.

9./ZG26 consists of only one Schwarm as this is more of a specialty flight. Only one Rotte is currently filled.

We have some more pilots going through training and will soon earn their Luftwaffe Pilots Badge and flush out the remaining Schwarms of 5./JG27.

9./ZG26 is looking for only two more Flieger who are experienced and have a desire to fly the 110 in both ground attack and fighter operations.
