__-- SKINS -- __
How about a skinning thread here :)
Thought this would be fun and different. This P-63 was officially designated RP-63A/C "Pinball" Target aircraft and target tug. This one is actually historical. http://www.triad773.com/augustshots/...ball-final.jpg Skin on P-63C in-game From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/P-63_Kingcobra What uses could this have in IL-2/1946? I could imagine a Squad Skins game, target practice training, Follow the Leader navigation, and Pathfinder duties. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi...cobra_USAF.jpg Pictured here is a RP-63E, but same paint as RP-63C. Skin download at http://www.triad773.com/augustshots/...3C_Pinball.zip Includes one numbered, one un-numbered skin. Feedback welcome :) |

Buglord - just a quick note to tell you how much I've enjoyed your skins over the years.
Whenever I fly an Anton or 109 - 90% of the time I've got one of your skins on. Also appreciate the way you've provided two different levels of "saturation" (don't know if that's the correct technical term) in your skin packs for Karelian JG2 FW's and Winter JG54 skins. See some I don't have - like Pe-2 which I fly a bit. Your producing them faster than I can get them. :) Incredible work. Thanks a million S~ Gunny |
Those are stunning, Buglord!
|
Bah!!!!! Stop making such awesome skins! I'm supposed to be doing homework!
|
I've just banged up a Fokker D XXI skin for the Ki27 to use on a Winter War map I'm playing with for the BlitzPigs.

Someone stole two 7,62s.

Not much I can do about that I'm afraid.
 No other model in the sim is really close enough. |
