Raggz 03-31-2011 06:28 PM

I would like this to. The weapons firing is so loud comparing to the rest. Would like to tone it abit down or the rest up heh

+1 its a fundamental function for petes sake

Really weird that its not in the settings! Its too loud, and teamspeak/ventrillo will be pointless.

Luffe 03-31-2011 07:19 PM

Yes please.

For now it's possible to set volume levels in the conf.ini, but of course that is not as convenient as having sliders.

Couldn't agree more. I have to turn the master volume down to get the cannon sounds at an acceptable level but then can barely hear anything else!

JG52Krupi 04-09-2011 01:43 PM

Yes please, more sound sliders :D

MD_Titus 04-09-2011 02:03 PM

+1

basic function really

doghous3 04-09-2011 02:39 PM

you can adjust various ingame sounds via the conf.ini file.

not perfect, but it's a workaround for now.

Steuben 04-09-2011 02:43 PM

How? Pls tell me. What settings i need to change in config.ini?

doghous3 04-09-2011 02:59 PM

YOu have to edit the conf.ini file that is located in your documents folder, not the one in the steam folder.

At the bottom is the [sound] section.

They are located there.

my conf.ini -

I think that's all. I tried playing with PTTMode, but didn't seem to help get voip working if indeed it even does.
