:)....Went down to my local retailers after my studies today to check if any of them might have gotten an early copy. Of course they didn't but exciting nonetheless....I'll check tomorrow again!:grin:

Vaasan Pelimies?

Well, I went in to my local Game store at the weekend. Despite CoD being available on their own website (http://game.gamesplanet.com/buy-down...r-2307-39.html) the reassuringly geeky sales assistant (you know, beard, glasses, long hair etc.) had never heard of it. He even looked on his list of forthcoming releases ... nothing there too. Still, at least there was a nice big CoD display item in the shop ...

Verkkokauppa gets it on stock on 2. of April, so I would guess this is the date most of the places will have it on stock in Finland (as they are getting it straight from the maahantuoja).

@Kankkis that's the date they will have it on stock according to verkkokauppa so I don't know when it will be on the selves :)

Maybe it means that it will arrive on friday to their stock, and they are selling it on Saturday?

LOL! yeah. That's how my everyday life is here in Vaasa, English, Finnish and Swedish spoken everyday. Except weekends, only Swedish then.:grin:

BTW! According to http://hintaseuranta.fi/tuote.aspx/4...ef=hakuehdotus the game is set for release on the 30th/31st, at least pelimies has confirmed it in store on the 31st.

most of the game retailers are all console gamers. it's a shame they no nothing of the pc genre. Everything is Pokemon ad Bakugon now.. The only reason I know that is because I have children ;P

Guys just prepare yourself emotionally that the game is _totally_ unplayable in combat. As a flightsim where you freeflight on your own it works ok.

So it was on their site and on a display in the shop itself, but the sales-assistant had never heard about COD?

That's really weird... was he blind perhaps? and deaf? oh wait i know he was dead.

Game Stop (Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark) will be getting the game on Thursday according to the store I visited. It is not on their website though at all.





They also have stores in :

Australia, Canada, England, Guam, Ireland, Italy New Zeeland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Spain, Germany, USA and Austria.

I have no idea of the availability in any of these places.
