Video

Hi Oleg and Luthier, with the release of Cliff Of Dover almost upon us is it possible you could record a track of a single mission from the pilots perspective, you dont have to show us all of it, takeoff and landings and a bit of the action in the middle would be good, none of us have seen any actual in game footage as of yet apart from the popular leaked video, and im sure it would do wonders for you if we had some 'unedited' official footage to marvel at with sound.

many thanks

you could be barking up the wrong one:)

I still dont understand why there has not been some kind of media blitz concerning the game that has been in devlopment for years!!

Its a reasonable request, surely you guys most agree that to see no 'in game' footage before release would seem a little odd, every other game developer wants to show off how good thier game is, why wouldn't Oleg?

TheGrunch 03-09-2011 04:51 PM

Have to agree, it's unusual. Maybe it's a deliberate decision based upon all the WIP-based insignificant detail whining that has occurred here? NO VIDEO UNTIL YOU'RE GOOD KIDS!

kimosabi 03-09-2011 04:59 PM

I don't give a rats behind about videos. I'll get my video when I'm strapped into the virtual world, playing it. However, I might be alone on that opinion. lol

Maybe, but with UBI doing such a shockingly bad job with the marketing you'd of thought Oleg would try to sell his game here unless of course showing 'in game' footage would be detrimental to sales.

Who knows? Perhaps Oleg isn't allowed to do so by agreements with the publisher. We'll find out soon anyway.

Considering the fact that if you type "Cliffs of Dover 10 min ingame video w/dev commentary" in youtube and can't manage to get "Rick Rolled", it's showing a serious lack of general anticipation on the interwebs..

Has anyone seen this cockpit video of a 109 attacking a formation of wellingtons? I think it's very new, only russian comments though...

Be sure

Ofcourse. I'm used to driving old beaters. Cars are much more imprtant than videogames though so yours I might want to see first. ;)

There reason there isn't the media blitz is because Charlie Sheen is getting all the media attention. Buy a copy! I'm sure you'll be glad you did.
