Hi Guys,
I thought some of you would find this interesting, this is the Flugwerk 190 that went for a brief swim :D . Some very nice shots that i had not seen before as well. http://forum.keypublishing.com/showthread.php?t=104581 Its good to hear that they are bringing it back to life. Anyway hope found it as interesting as I did. |
Very interesting! Thanks for sharing!
I'm glad to hear that it will be restored again. |
I was surprised that the work is been carried out by a different company!

I heard about this. Some of the other 190s are flying with 4 bladed props now.

The French owned Fw190 had several problems with the ASh/Housai engine before taking the dip, from what I read. And that Fw190A-5 and later F-8 with REAL engines would be great to see in the air. It is like the FlugWerk's Fw190D-9 that uses an Allison engine..uhoh the blasphemy! Sure, there are not a lot of Jumo 213's around though. But bottom line..at least we see these birds in the air again after long time. |
As an Anton 8 lover, i say thank you very much.

First time I hear a real BMW 801! Excellent!
