rolanubz or rolanumbnutz you decide.

I was playing a CTA game last night with Gilly, McQ, devilis and rolanumbnutz against 5 other players with unlimted time and 1200 tickets and when any of us landed on the oponents airfield or killed someone before he had chance to, rolanumbnutz the little cretten would try to shoot us down and bomb us when we landed. Now iam not saying that this will make me stop playing BOP but iam sick of playing with these little gobshites and wish there was some way of moderating the age level of the players that enter your game. It is a shame because i normally play sim now and only play arcade when these and some of my other freinds are online but I also think these little nobs are driving players away from the game I mean I have freinds on my PSN list who have stoped playing the game for the same reason. And oh yes guess what plane he was flying? yes you've got it the fcking I153.

Shadowcorp 02-18-2010 02:13 PM

just get wookie to play him in df or tdm and listen to him cry...lol
Played him myself and he was toting the noobtastic 153, but against me in my hurri and ratman in his spit; he got beat so bad he didn't come back.
more like rolannoobnutz

f1rebrand 02-18-2010 02:14 PM

Ah Rolanumbnutz, the famous team switcher, bomber rammer and i153 with bombs in CTA. He really is the full package!

MB is a saint in comparison.

yeah at least that little cock plays the game properly

Shadowcorp 02-18-2010 02:25 PM

just a mute player option would be a good start, i was sick of guys like MB and the afore mentioned accusing me of cheating for rolling back and killing them when they try to shoot me down, annoucing "I've got you now shadowcr*p"

KAV 02-18-2010 02:37 PM

I wish there would be a" personal mission" option where one needed a password to participate.
The password could easily be distributed to your flying friends by personal message.
There are games, kinda like Gillys, Wookie and Mcq´s "find a track mission" that can be interrupted by others by not knowing or deliberatly f*cking it up.

yeah that is a good idea, EA sports do it for Madden and their NHL games

Another good reason to fly in realistic mode where the lobbies are quiet.

yes and no sometimes they can be just as bad the best way is to fly sim

Gilly 02-18-2010 03:37 PM

Don't get me started on this little t###pot. The only reason that game ended up being so long because of that little toe-rag. I get it that now and again you accidently bomb or hit one of your own team, it's the nature of the beast. But this little cretinous excuse for a player really boiled my piss last night. Every time we managed to get a plane on the deck ( which wasn't easy in it's own right), fleaboy in his wind-up toy plane would bomb/ rocket you. We were sadly caught between the two evils last night with crossfluff providing an equal measure of pure inane drivel of you were unfortunate enough to have him 'leach' onto your team immediately imbalancing the game before it started. I agree I'm getting sick of these immature whinging rusk-crapping moronic gimps and think it's about time for the sake of legit players that we 'share our experiences' for the greater good on here. So I'll second everything previously written prior and say top one brigg for posting the topic

f1rebrand 02-18-2010 03:57 PM

Yeah crosspube was giving me teenage diatribe last night because I was apparently shooting down HIS targets (namely numbnutz).

dkwookie 02-18-2010 04:44 PM

I get the feeling some of these little f@@kers are only playing bop for achievements or gamerscore. They can't be playing it for the love of aviation. I am sick of these players switching in last second to unbalance teams and screw the match. I know this can be prevented by waitiong till all go green but they won't go green and there's no way to kick em.
Little tw@ts should have their thumbs broken

winny 02-18-2010 04:50 PM

I've already 'fragged' a few team mates.. Friendly fire can be so rewarding.

Also a way to get them off, just team up with them and blow them away

yes i like that idea haitch40

dkwookie 02-18-2010 05:34 PM

I think guys like this stand out so much more on bop because rest of the comunity are so good. In that kind of situation, and with a small group of hardcore players, your name gets noted pretty quickly. MBs name is now mud online and gets singled out in every match with the regular players

haitch40 02-19-2010 09:33 AM

people like this are like that video the online gamer
people sometimes want to get alot of trophies so that they become a god like person on the net.
i have 10 ps3 games and only 3 have trophies even enabled

scottyvt4 02-21-2010 11:00 AM

lol i dont recognise the name .............. im sh*t wi names though :/ lol

winny - like you're style hahaha.

Gilly - on you're point about team switching that wee menace barney does the same thing

OMG I feel like a bully now. It seems that most people on MW2 are not much older than this too.

Well i think the parents are as much to blame as their kids they should teach them how to play the game properly and that in life you dont get what you want by spitting your dummy out. I mean if there was PS3 when I was that age and my dad caught me playing like that he would of taken it off me and said i couldnt have it back till i learn how to play the game fairly and properly

Hes probably lying f1re, did he tell you this over headset or text? Did he sound 8? I say this because this game seems to have an older playerset than other games and there are not too many nippers online playing

edit. sorry it was Branko he told he was 8. Branko doesnt use headset so it must have been by text. I call this out as bogus info

CRANNY 02-22-2010 02:51 PM

Great thread everyone, I agree with everyones perspective and I take personal pleasure in schooling any of these children regardless of they're age or parental guidence. Let's call it "Operation Kinder Todt". Eventually, I hope, they will learn. Any other code word will work for me. If you have any other ideas drop me a line on ps network i am on every eve and midday. Branko I think he is 14. Cheers to the U.K. kids, I have flown with a couple of them and they are very good pilots, well spoken and enthusiastic.

i concur with honorable Cranny, SUFC and ryanhall (think their names are) there from sunderland in the uk and are decent :)

Gilly 02-23-2010 08:07 AM

Had quite a shock last night when a certain player, who's to be honest, quite a good pilot resorted to deliberate ramming. I'm not going to name them directly but it's related to a civilisation of mesoamerica and he wasnt in his usual hurricane but a P51. Be warned bomberjocks!

Shadowcorp 02-23-2010 09:05 AM

sad but that doesn't suprise me of teca. me and several of his clan mates no longer play with him for many reasons his kamikaze attitude being the primary.
Plus his friendly fire probelm; every game he's in he will kill at least two of his team mates and ram two more!

scotty 02-23-2010 09:09 AM

If you don't want Idiots in your game set your private slots to Max so
you control the people you invite. I think this is the only way to sort the problem.

scotty

Gilly 02-23-2010 09:15 AM

As you'll see from my returns Shadow, we were completely outnumbered bomberwise ( thankfully McQ 'pruned' a good few) and I think that's where the issue lay as I was doing the mulitple uk land targets with clinical bombing to try and maximise our score/ chances. He just came flying straight towards me which isn't unusual but just didn't back off and rammed me. Sad thing is he's a decent enough pilot to not have to resort to that. Is that how desperate I'm making pilots? Great for my ego then, but crap in terms of gameplay. That said he wasn't alone and the game after even McQ had people trying to ram him!!!

thats not an option we have on the ps3 and that is what this thread regards
but it would have been good to be able to do that

Didn't think you could set private slots?? I've heard you can prevent by adding people to your block list but I haven't seen this done or confirmed?

note to self; pen and paper during next game session =)

i've encountered rolan what ever his name is and don't recall any kind of play like that but will certainly keep an eye out for it from him and others.

to the respested bomber pilots (Gilly, Brig, Branko and probably others)... i know i have run into you guys several times trying to shoot you down and want you to know that it wasn't on purpose... just trying to get in close.

wow that suprises me i didnt think he was like that, yeah for sure he is a good enough pilot to not use that bullshit tatic. in arcade he is one of a handfull of pilots i hate to see at the back of my b17. oh well looks like the temptation of joining fag squadron was just to much for him.

Rest assured there's a difference between trying and ending up accidentally clattering into a bomber and deliberately flying at full tilt into one. Most of us guys who fly bombers understand that so rest assured you aren't being labelled or thought of as such. Appreciate that being behind Brigg, Branko and myself can be a fairly 'hot' place to be and with gunfire and burning engines and now and again it happens. There are a few persistant offenders whom most of us know and are ready for but this was a bit of a shock as the guy is a good fighter pilot and didn't need to do that.

Shadowcorp 02-23-2010 02:35 PM

well next time you see him, see if you can get one of his team mates in between your bomber and him. Then watch him shot down his own man to get to you! He'll do it wether or not he rams you afterwards is academic at this point.

From my own personal experience at chasing you big bird aces, sometimes the high velocity ram feels like a good option. But on the other hand i really like to see chunks fly off as i attempt to gut the b17 with my cannon

ive done the same thing, more so Gilly :-P just trying to get too close, usually out of respect for the ramee being the ramer, before i respawn i just send the said person a wee appology saying "sorry wasnt ment" or "sorry dude" had i reply back from someone asking why i'ed sent a sorry to him, he said it was my job to get him from the sky by whatever means, i replyed saying i agree'ed but kamikazi/deliberate ramming is NOT in the spirit of the game.

I second that! I've never intentionally rammed another player flying a bomber, but it has happened, and I usually send a msgs to the said player telling them that I'm sorry for the accidental kamikaze flying. I believe it's just good "sportsmanship"

***UPDATE***
just flew a strike mission on arcade and just as you guys said, the afore mentioned hurricane dude (who was my team mate) shot me down once to get to the bomber I was on, and tried the same tactic two more times before I peeled off! All I can say is "whats the deal you PR@*CK?"
