The cake is a lie !!
what happened with bop ?
what is the secret behind the politics from the publishers ? why they locked anton ? do they realy believe, we will buy a sequel, change the forum and be mindless custumers? why they didnt continue the support ? im a ps3 user. but i will never promo this title again until 2 *promises* are done: -xbox patch -german cockpits wake up publishers !!! this is not a mainstream title ala mw2. if u want to sell, u need a conclusive argument !!! what should we say to our buddies ? THIS GAME HAS "POTENTIAL" ???!!!???? lol WILL THE SEQUEL HAVE "POTENTIAL" TOO ??? REMEMBER,REMEMBER.... http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/showthr...ghlight=german http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/showpos...&postcount=146 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_A..._crash_of_1983 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VCoVE8qBLVM (the General Secretary of the GDR spoke to the people of east germany: nobody will build a wall !!) . |
Orange box Portal reference, Like it!
Totally agree with you though ;) |
A BIG PLUS 1 !!!
I won't forget ! thats for sure ! They are not very smart when it comes to doing buisness. This is not a good way to build a base of consumers. People don't like to be lied to. Desode |
wikipedia.org, 505 games
....]CriticismThe company has been criticized for their unclear publishing methods particularly regarding niche Japanese titles; the PAL-versions of Ar Tonelico, Raw Dangerand Fire Pro Wrestling Returnsfor example are officially released, but seem to have seen such a limited release only in France and Italy that many people are unsure of their very existence. Wild Arms 5on the other hand has been announced at first for 30 November 2007, then been delayed until 22 February 2008, only to be released on 11 April 2008 in such limited quantities as the before mentioned games. In addition, Wild Arms 5was never released in Australia (another PAL territory). Its predecessor Wild Arms 4was also published by 505 Games, but suffered from a bug that would make the game crash if played in 50 Hz-mode. In early 2010, 505 Games has been criticized by customers for failing to release a game-fixing patch for the Xbox 360 version of IL-2 Sturmovik: Birds of Prey, even though the same patch was released for the PS3 version. Comments by the developers of IL-2 Sturmovik: Birds of Preyreveal that the patch has reportedly been finished but has been sitting in limbo for months awaiting approval.[1 im really, really angry about the politics from a a couple of publishers in this time. moneymakers like CODEMASTERS (ofp:dr), 505-Games and IW are backstabbing the gaming-community. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SQh80G5TAek |
im pretty sure no-one will forget

|

Who else is going to publish these kind of niche titles on a console?
I think we'll be very, very lucky if we see a BoP sequel from them. |
over 600.000 copies sold (ps3/xbox,december 09)
this is a good rate for a publisher. |
that dont sound too bad for a flight sim,how well did others sell?
|
ace combat 6 (xbox): 760.000 copies
The Sky Crawlers: Innocent Aces (wii): 30.000 copies ^^ Blazing Angels: Squadrons of WWII (PS3/XBOX ): 1.370.000 Microsoft Flight Simulator (pc): 5.700.000 Heroes Over Europe (PS3/XBOX): 120.000 Over G Fighters (xbox): 200.000 http://vgchartz.com/worldtotals.php?...=50&sort=Total last update il-2 in december(!) |
Wow . . . I can't believe this publisher is acting so shady. I really want at least a me-190 cockpit :'(

Some people in Italy state that Churchill was glad to hear that Italy entered the war since Mussolini's high diplomatic skills (???) could have helped putting an end to the conflict in short time. L O L !! Sorry Locke, I'm afraid we're not gonna see those cockpits, unless we get the pc version, which I'm not going to buy. |
wop = a polished bop console port ?
sequel of bop = wop pc port? |
Love the Kilroy, Stinger. Is Kilroy as popular with Germans now as he was with Americans then? Very cool.....good to see him again

I don't know why they chose 505 to publish, but about a year ago when I first heard about BOP, its wiki page said it was going to be published by Ubisoft (who made Blazing Angels and the even worse HAWX), and of course Ubisoft released HOE only a couple months after BOP was released. Maybe they were counting on Ubisoft for good post-release support, and when Ubisoft dumped them, they had to find another publisher. But it's hard to imagine finding a worse publisher than Ubisoft. They'll support games, but only when they are utter garbage in the first place. Quote:
The Allies owed a lot to Mussolini for sure. Maybe he was a British spy all along. |

yeh blazing angels should not of sold that many although i have to admit i have it as i was not even interested in flying before i got it. although 505 should be ashamed with themself. and why are ubisoft crap i believe they published ALL THE PC VERSIONS OF IL2 and what were the sales figures for heroes of the pacific id love to know that as it was quite a good game heroes over europe could of been so much more if they just polished hotp and sold it |
I also blame 505 for the death of Companion Cube ;)
|
the next big fail of a publisher:
after 4 month, codemasters will not longer support operation flashpoint 2 in any ways... http://community.codemasters.com/for...pointment.html |
This is an even bigger fail from the biggest publisher of them all:
http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/ea...or-more-titles Lord Of The Rings Conquest has a similar core following as we have for BoP. If BoP was switched off like this I may just hang myself |
after only 1 year ?
grrrr.... :( |
bop runs on a peir to peir basis and is in no danger of being turned off
