It has been great but now that Ace of Aces is coming to an end and with Battle for Europe cancelled I dont think I will be around much longer. I hope you guys enjoyed the Ace of Aces, and I hope that Battle for Europe will be recycled. I had the best of intentions for Battle for Europe and I really hope that you guys tweak it to your liking and start it all over. I would be a great reward for me to see this happening. (If you guys are going to copy paste any material please hurry because I will be deleting it soon)

This is... well... sucky. lol. You will be missed Edal. Will you still be on PSN playing other games such as MW2 or MAG or *Insert Game Here*?

Its fair enough if you can't get on here often, or play often, but there is no need to delete your account mate. You can always just pop in when you have the time, and say hello.

Its a real shame that the BfE didn't work out, but we all really appreciate the effort that went into it. You've been at the forefront of trying to keep the game community going since it came out.... why not take a back seat and just fly for a bit? Let somebody else step up to the plate and try to organise things? It would be a lot less pressure on you, and you might start to enjoy the game more.

I hope you reconsider. You will be missed dude.

Sorry to see your leaving mate, the place will be different without you. I know your a PS3 player, but i'm glad to say i had the honour of flying with you briefly on the 360. Take it easy mate and remember to always watch your 6. Hopefully see you around here from time to time.

Comrad, fighting against you has been a great experience. Its a pitty to see that your leaving. I will miss all the torniments that you have held and i may be simplifying your rules for the BofE torny, please stay as i would be happy for you to play with us once again. Anyway, farewell dude and ill probably see you on MW2 soon. That said ill be up for a flight - wether it be dogfight or a free mess around flight- any time. Take care dude!

I can't imagine why you'd quit BOP entirely, but best of luck.

I took a break of a couple weeks when Uncharted 2 and Operation Flashpoint came out but I couldn't quit playing BOP outright. Maybe a new game like AvP3 would cut back my playing but It would only be short term

Seeing that photo gave me an idea. If you are doing formation for video or photo why not fire a few rounds at each other first to get everyone Pumping White smoke?

This sounds funny... there's going to be lots of accidental wing shooting off's and pilot decapitating going on, while you try and work out how much smoke you want and if it's grey or black.. I want to see it happen.

I can see it being fun though, controlled mg fire only is the key I think. Split second burst to get a smoke trail. On sim do you suffer terminal engine failure after a certain ammount of time smoking?

it is possible yes, we would also have to have the setting on unlimited fuel & ammo, cant be having us running out of fuel

if we are playing in realistic , there will be great screenshots with our targetcam in 3.person view.

its very difficult to fly in realistic with the targetcam.

but looks great, if u switched to hud completely of.

he liked the fw series and the m.c. 202

maybe a mix of all variants in our formation.
but i prefer the option, that everyone takes his personaly plane.
edal is knowing them in the teambattles and dogfights.

we need 1 for the camera. he have to use the virtual cocpit, without hud and fly below the formation. target cam will make great screenshots.
i could do it.

and lock your wingman in the target cam , not the leader.
would be much easier.
