You were banned for flooding in the chat.
The full list of banned players can be found in this thread: http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/showthread.php?t=7736

Flooding? I dont even know what that is. How can i unlock the key?

Ersatzheer 12-03-2009 02:39 PM

LOOOOOOL their are more players banned because of chat delicts than others! This is REDICULOUS u cant ban me permanently because i said something wrong in the chat(if i actually done it) this is kinda NAZI-LIKE. Where is the proof of this denunciation. I want a fair trial! I understand it if u ban players that are actually cheating but not when they say somethin. We got a freedom of speech. I payed 40 euro to play online and get banned because of a rule that is not mentioned ANYWHERE!

I dont get it. I want my money back! This is not very customer friendly.

GET ME MY KEY BACK PLEASE!

Oh really? I haven't played multiplayer in a long time but I remember there being chat rules listed.

Elwin 12-03-2009 03:41 PM

OMg how someone using internet could not know the terms like flooding ..

Ersatzheer 12-03-2009 05:07 PM

And where are the chat rules mentioned??? tell me

Zeke Wolff 12-03-2009 07:58 PM

When you enter the online part of the game, the rules are listed on the message screen to the right of the lobby (where the players name can be seen), although not all rules are indeed listed.

Your key will be unlocked in a few days.

My CD-key is blocked also, and I haven't done anything wrong. I play this game pretty much with my friends, so I would really like to be un-banned. If I have done something wrong, could you please tell me what it is, and I won't do it again.

Thank you.

I mean I didn't say anything obsence...

Korsakov829 12-08-2009 04:33 PM

Your account name is "BALLSOFGOD". That would be enough to get you banned.

You will most likely get banned again if you play with that name, or even enter MP.
My advice is once you are unbanned, get a admin to change your account name.

Lol what exactly is flooding the chat? Ive seen the rules in game but am pretty well clueless as to what it means unless it is just another word for spam...

Korsakov829 12-21-2009 05:12 PM

Yes, I believe it is just another word for spam. But we don't use the word spam, because Spam is also a food product and it may be copyright. I wouldn't know though.

Elwin 12-21-2009 06:09 PM

flood is not really the same as spam, its similiar but its not the same. Flood is lets say massive spam ^^

Sapm is mostly posting unwanted things like advertisements or out of topic things ..

flood is like :
join my game
join my game
join my game
join my game join my game
join my game
join my game
join my game
join my game
join my game
join my game
join my game

Flood is considered as 20+ same messages in a minute.

Help

Ummmmm I need some help. My CD-Key is also blocked and I don't know why it is. I would like to know why it is blocked so I won't get banned again. Oh and when does my ban end? I enjoy Men of War alot and would like to play online again.

BlackLabel 12-22-2009 03:23 PM

Would anyone please post me a PM with the exact message that lead to the "ban" ? I know many games with a lot more players where no one gets a timed ban for chater. The game dosent has THAT many customers so maybe someone should rethink this slightly anal policy. Also WHO decides who get banned for what ? I even payed TWICE for the game to gift it to a friend. Way to go 1C...those kinds of policys really let me hope for RO2...:(

This is beyond ridiculous.

Elwin 12-22-2009 04:54 PM

Its not 1c, its bestway who services multiplayer for MoW, 1c is just publisher

BlackLabel 12-22-2009 05:14 PM

way to not answer my question...

Elwin 12-22-2009 05:38 PM

If i knew i would tell you :Pi am not from 1c but i know that Bestway services MP and thay have mods who ban .. maybe nike-it can contact them ...

BlackLabel 12-22-2009 07:29 PM

maybe they dont liked that i tried to advertise my game with "FREE BOOBS AND WODKA" :-)

Elwin 12-22-2009 09:29 PM

surely not ... i am 90% sure thay took it as oobscence language

Check your PM. The reason for ban was absolutely reasonable. Insulting other players with obscene expressions is strictly prohibited.

Spoono 12-27-2009 11:11 AM

Greetings...
I found myself on the key-blocklist and dont have a clue what the reason is.
Would anyone please post me a PM with the exact message and context that lead to my ban? How can I get unbaned?
