Great work :) The interface mod (especially) is extremely useful. I also saw that you were one of the co-authors of the KBTL fan-based guide. Great work there as well.

spamm, we need to create a mods directory in the data folder? I am asking this because previously I had the camera mod file in the data directory and it did work from there.

I created it, and all three mods are working fine.
(Though I do remember someone saying to move mods to your data folder, so perhaps it doesn't matter?) |

Both interface and bounty mods seem to work for me but the camera mod didn't... it's sitting there with the others but I noticed no change. Maybe I'm using it wrong? In KB:TL the camera mod worked by just scrolling out with the mouse wheel to a large distance. Thanks! |

Great mods !!
Just a question: I installed some of them, and suddenly some letters in the game appeared in russian (i have the spanish version). Letters like "é", "ó"... which seems not to exist in russian. The thing is that i have moved the mod folder out off the data folder... and the problem keeps. When you run a mod, ¿is it saved in the saved game configuration? It's the only explanation i find to the theme that when you remove a mod the effects perdure. |

I cannot get any mods to work including the camera. I purchased CW from amazon.com and installed it that way. I just started the program and created a new game of AP, after the cut scene it has me in the main debir sqaure at a zoom level and I saved the game and closed the program. I put the mod_a12_eng_camera01.kfs file into the sessions\orcs\mods folder. I restarted the program and then opened the saved game and cannot zoom out any further (like I used to be able to in the reg AP program) and then also started a new game again and it has the same zoom level - am I doing something wrong? Does it have to be the "Steam" version of the game? Help

it's possible that someone make a mod that forces the game (new game) to give all the items in that current game,because i bellive the game doesn't gives all the items and is just too bad whan you want to make a certainly hero with specific gear and the game do not allowed it,and i dont see this as a cheat

But is it posible to make mod where you play demon hero conquering Teana world ? To try to be a bad guy once in while :-) |
So I can't find an English version of the "Army Shop" mod which I desperately want so I am taking it upon myself to make one. I figure I can take the mod from KB TL and modify as needed.
First question: how the hell do I open the kfs file? Everything I try just gives me garbage characters. Also taking any other pointers/tips people may have for me. |

I've heard people having success using hex editors on them, but it's easier to use the KB DB EDIT program (find it in the savegame scanner thread) to decompile those files, make your changes, and use it to recompile the files. That's all I've got right now; hope that helps. |

Late reply but someone updated the mod to work with CW, some of you use the wrong file for camera mod, mod_a12_eng_camera01.kfs is for Armored Princess, you need mod_cw13_orcs_eng_camera.kfs from http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/showthread.php?p=189400. It works for me also with Red Sands.

WORKING MODS
I just browsed my previous system files and found it! 4 working mods, incl. camera! I'm sharing with all who still wanna play this great game! |
Only the camera mod is for Armored Princess, the other 3 are for Crossworlds expansion and I'm not sure if they'll work on the original game.
All in all, thank you! |
