Gamespot release date of Q3 2008...
 

Dropped by Gamespot and searched for Battle of Britain just out of curiosity. They have only the official press release from may 2006 claiming a release date of november 2006 and the screens released back then.

But still - somehow they have updated the release date to Q3 2008. The interesting question is where did they get that information? Did they guess? Was it from meeting some Ubi/1C suit over a cocktail at some exibition? This is all wishful thinking as it has probably been Q3 2008 for ages...

Gamespot doesn't know anything. They don't have any "inside info". They didn't meet over cocktails and get the info. It's their guess. They need to list SOMEthing. Why would Maddox Games keep the release date of their game a big secret, and then spill their beans to some super-slick James Bond look-alike at a cocktail party. It doesn't make sense. Try to relax.
