Airfield locations?

The map in this game is hard to overview, So I was just wondering if anyone know the airfields or landing strip locations that are in this game?

100's. Way too many to list ;; oh no wait, I'm thinking of proper IL-2. It's ummm ... 1! Hawkinge. One or two missions will see you take off from another UK base (Benson is it?) but the single player (skirmish/training) portion has only 1 airfield. north-east of Dover, can't miss it as you dont get to see many friendly airbases within the game. (One single player mission has you visiting 3 ground points though).
The pointless multiplayer mode 'capture the airfield' maybe your thing though as the number of airfields are nearly doubled but since October, I've not managed to find a single match other than arcade!

I think there is five total? Two in England, One on the north eastern outskirts of Stalingrad (something like that), and One in Berlin. I don't think Korsun has one, but Italy has one on the coastline. You can easily find it if you follow the coast line on the map, where it's a straight line.

Actually there is 3 in England counting Manston. Its up on the north-east corner of the map and has a huge runway. Great for formation takeoffs too.

as far as i know, there is definately 3 in England as i can fly to all airstrips without using the map (Gotten too familiar with the landscape) ;)

I know italy has one as does Stalingrad and Berlin, Korsun does have one BUT its next to impossible to land on it (Cannot tell you where though)

How many of these are present in the training maps?

OK thanks, but which UK map is Manston on? Is it the same map that includes Hawkinge? Dover?

Yes the two british maps, Dover and Canterbury are the same map just at different start points. So basically both UK maps have all three Airfields.

If you were to start at dover, Follow the Coastline on your Port (left) side and you will reach manston
