Hello.

Since the arival of the gorgeous Slovakia map i was playing around a lot in FMB.:)

After august 1944 Romania flew for allies until the end of the war. There were quite a few tough fights against Luftwaffe in Romania, Hungary and specially Slovakia. They lost quite a few good pilots during this monts.

Is it possible to add Romania to the allies team as well so we can use Romanian allied markings and units for historical missions on this new gorgeous Slovakia Map?
All the fights i made in FMB i had to put Romanian IAR-81's and BF-109G's in VS units in order to have them fly for allies.

The IAR-81C looks really cool in those allied Romanian markings and white wing tips. :mrgreen:

I can play 4.08 online but cannot play 4.09 online hope this changes or I am done playing IL2 when the new patch comes out

Jaws, thanks for the info. Where did you get that great skin for the IAR?

I would assume that Hungary was still in the Axis camp during this period?

I don't remember where i got that one. I think is either made by VPmedia or uf_josse. i have it for quite some time now. I don't know where i found them, and right now i'm on laptop and i don't have the game on it.

Hungary tried to capitulate but the government was overtrown and Horty arested. That's why many kept fighting for axis even after Hungary was ocupied by the Red army. Sad and hard times for everyone in that part of the world anyway. The end of cruel fascism and the dawn of 50 years of communism.

Indeed Jaws, central Europe and the Balkans still are dealing with the fallout of WW1 and WW2. I hope that peace can find it's way there after so many bad things have happened.

Online servers should switch to 4.09 when the official patch comes out.. Current release is beta.
