Not a bad score on the surface but the review is piss poor. Also, he seems completely unaware it's not called Operation Flashpoint 2 and it isn't a direct sequel. Since the review embargo is the 6th this either broke it or was allowed by because it's somewhat favourable.

you can't tell your squad to get exactly into cover. Nor can you order them to all look in one direction or even better, for some to aim forwards while one watches your back.
That is pretty bad. It's basically BIA:HH then.

it also says :

"Online, with friends, Operation Flashpoint 2: Dragon Rising really shows off its best side – and the game is probably best played through co-operatively"

which im guessin is how a lot of people are gona play this.funny how you dont mention that bit

As I said before, I've heard the campaign is quite short which effects co-op. What also effects co-op is the fact you cannot go beyond 250m from your team leader, you only have four players, and you're playing over P2P.

I also didn't mention that he said there is a lack of mission variety which would also effect co-op's replayability. But then the review was poorly written.

I'll wait to see who they get from Eurogamer to do a proper write-up.
