just stick with strike untill your ready for a dogfight, the way i assess players is immortal pilot trophy/acheivement. If they've got it they're no rookie.
And more experienced players are in every game mode, it just so happens because arcade has the most players playing, that it has more of the experienced players than the other settings.
No guesses what I was flying when I earned that trophy. ;)

Both those guys are cool once once you get to know them. Ratman doesn't mean anything when he says stuff. He gives me lots of good natured banter when I enter his games and he is one of the best characters out there. Just don't break use rockets or 153s in his matches or you will get blasted
Yeah I shouldn't judge on the basis of a couple of matches.
