I notice them most on the prop with the sun behind. There's also reflections off distant objects.
Those have been there for quite a few months, before the last release patch. However, water reflections don't show up since the 2nd beta, are you getting them now?

Not on my display they haven't old chap. I haven't noticed a difference in water reflections, I'll look out for that :)
