Some additions to the loadouts of Ki-61s are in the patch but not listed in the readme. ;)

For other changes (next patches), I don't recall if you sent your documentation to DT mail. If not, please do so...

Yes but the they need to be armed before the work. If you dont arm the Auto Combat flap they stay retracted.

The operating system with respect to the inputs used to schedule the flaps have been tweaked as well.
