Yea I remember doing that in the beta. A-10 is a good game.

Pease consider animated oil blotches on canopy & bullet ricochetes

Ricochets are already there. After crash-landing a 110 i switched to external camera and started firing the guns, it wasn't long before i could see tracers going off in weird angles. It looks pretty good, even better if you use cannon shells that have a smoke trail.
