There is no new demo version yet.
There were 2 demos before: one specially for exhibitions as E3 (summer 2010), that you could see it on youtube video. And Russian demo (November 2010).

well i guess i have the demo from 2010 >.< they should release a file pack that you simply do a switch of files so you can have the newer sounds and stuff for the demo or make a new demo release with the new files or my favorite just release a patch/update for the demo to satisfy us till we can get our hands on the full game.

Oh man hopefully the diesel blow a little black smoke too when revving them puppies up =D i know my cummins loves to share a lil smoke when i put it to the floor!
