it didnt come with any trophies. but It did add at least 20 minuts of single player playing time.. and a new Strike plane in essance.. you can escort your teams B17G.. and drop bombs of your own. that actually DO something.. 2x 1000lbs and 1 500lb bomb... its deadly

Sure, it was a pretty steep price (my cash-nipples feel sore from the milking), but hey, no one FORCED me to buy it and, as I like to believe, (however naively), buying this pack may encourage the powers that be to release a bigger, better pack in the future

Indeed. It was a little steep, but hey, I've always had a thing for the Jug (or attack planes in general. Maybe its the explosions =D) so I decided to shill out the $10 to get it. I also felt that it might show my support for this game and help to encourage future releases (P-38 lightning? ...please? ^^ lol)

Well since the price has gone up from 400 to 800 LIVE points I wont be buying it now. Sorry but 400 was the correct price for the amount of content it unlocks. 800 is the price of a FULL arcade game on LIVE, and Im not spending that on such a small amount of content for BoP.

Not good enough devs, you need to get on the phone to the publisher and give them an earfull about the price.

Yeah, raising the Xbox price to match the PS3 price was kind of a dick-move. Seems like the better thing to do would be to lower the PS3 price. But that's just me, I guess.

I've a bit to say bout this dlc price topic.
First,I've been enjoying this sim on the pc for YEARS. After countless updates and additions that were free I haven't a single prob paying for anything. Yes, the content wasn't what I would consider a ten dollar value BUT, when I look back at all the issues I had with patches to fix varying graphical,flight,damage,and compatibility problems even if they were free and long in coming(read: TWO WEEKS! ;) :lol: ) I do hafta say that more will come. Again: TWO WEEKS! The issue here is one has to realize that years ago Oleg said this title would never come to consoles. And if one figures in the peripherals saitek x-whatever,track ir etc, etc, that a console port of this title is a blessing.
This is a test bed of sorts. To me its surprising the devs didn't sit on this dlc for a bit to flesh it out a lil more. But the fact remains that they did release it. I will pay for the releases just on the strength that it is the ultimate WWII flight sim to date. Bar NONE! Fan boy am I? I dunno.I've raised my share of hell o'er at the other forums for years.The Grumman Avenger being my personal low of the whole danged series. But it is what it is. Ya cant please everyone all the time.I dont know what the devs agree or disagree to as far as the price rates.If they even have a choice. And yeah the Mustang is severely fudged. And I have an issue with the P-47 at WEP and the prop is stationary! :!::shock: I have pics of that! But as with the pc version if ya dont wanna hang 'round, theres always e-bay. Beat feet and try to recoup yer dollars,quid,ducketts or whatever in hades ya call 'em. I'll be here enjoying the utter simplicity of firin' up the ps3 for my quick fix of the most acurate WWII flight on a console. I just hope 1-C sees most of the revenue generated.

im pretty dissappointed about the dlc. the p-47 is portrayed reallisticly at least but the ta 152 should be much better on the turn much better

I think I'll wait to see what the next dlc will include and it's price, $15 AU is far too much, maybe if we pay this then all future dlc is free I would understand.

I'd expect (at least) 3 planes, a new multiplayer environment/mode and the missions for this price
