"When its done" |
Nothing new, old rehash of questions beeing asked and awnsered a gazillion times before.
What can i do about it?, nada, so ill move along to better things. ;) P.S. Anyone getting "maby late 2009 release" from that intervew need to reread it once or twice ;) Personally though, i would prefere complete and total blackout untill 3 months before release instead of this lolying about with "hope this", "maby that" yada yada. Its getting on my nerves really. |
Well, I´m not worried about the date of release.
As long Oleg aproaches from ending the work, the release date becomes more and more clear. So, if he now says that something about mid 2010-october 2010 will be the release date , we have to believe this time, guys. Just because the margin for error is shorter this time,Tree. 18 months is a good time for us to be able to buy more powerful CPU and GPU in affordable prices (Nvidia will launch GT 300 later this year for example) Beacause we don´t want to play a beauty like that at 8 fps , that´s for sure. Il2 was playable with the harware of 2001, but I remember that I used to play at 800x600 at the time, and as long my screen goes up, my resolution is now 1680 x1050 now, and I´m probably starts to playing SOW at 1920x1200. That´s probably will demands a lot. So, let´s calm down, 12-18 months will pass in a hurry. |
The recent postings in this thread are funny.
The only thing that is going to make people happy is when SOW is on the retailer shelves. Oleg made an effort, give him credit for that. |
Well, I'm delighted to have some sort of confirmation that things are still moving along.

Well for the most part that is kind of what we have. No big deal to me as I know the work is progressing. It's just a few who like to make a stink that Oleg said this and Oleg said that and get all hissy fitted by no new news. |
