Ok thanks for answering Nike-it ;)

Wait wait wait. No H-pattern gearbox? Only sequential? Only 6 gears?

Is this an option we can set or was it just during Igromir since everyone was using automatic?

It was during Igromir, I don't have info about the finished game yet.

Nike-it:
I don't see any mirrors on your last sreenshots from Igro 08. The player aimed his view in the position where the mirrors had to been see. I am talking about this screen: http://s44.radikal.ru/i103/0811/e0/4525992f5e01.jpg .
The mirror have to be in the corner of side window. Some explanation?
Thas for your answer

Maybe during collision that mirror fell of the truck?

kosak 11-11-2008 07:49 PM

and what's about this screen? http://rignroll.ic.cz/images/vehicle/8_15_1.jpg
again collision? I don't think so. Truck "sim" without mirrors is nothink for us.

Nike-It please answer to us. You probably played RnR at least at IgroMir so you have to see if there are mirrors with back-view in interior of the trucks.

I looked lots of the screenshots of the Rig'n roll and some has mirrors. But I hope,I realy hope we can not see the mirror because of the sitting position in the game because I saw mirror in the backward position.in the photos that I downloaded. all in all I hope there cant be an absurd, some trucks has mirrros some does not..

Either there is no mirror (Old screen, maybe it wasn't desingned yet) or it is more on left, i mean it's not right next to the doors :) , or there is no mirrors, but i don't think so .

About the MIRRORS :

That truck is the Kenworth T200. I think that in the real truck, the mirrors are fixed a bit towards the back from the door pillar. I don't think you are able to see it from that camara angle. Probably the player have to move the view to the left to see the mirror.

Also about the gears. In this game trucks should have at least ten gears minimum just to keep it "realistic". I have no idea how complicated it is to develop the software for a game, but it would be mad if the player had to double clutch for each gear or be able to do float gearing.

In short, 6 gears only is a real downer

Thanks for the info Nike-it
