FM/DM in patch one then Netcode in patch two would be a dream come true.

IMHO you don't need a plethora of planes and maps. If the current stable of aircraft (red and blue) can be modelled accurately as possible (obviously this will never be to the satisfaction of everyone!) it will be a giant step forward.

Then the netcode. If AI etc are fixed it will be an outstanding achievement.

Thanks for the backup, but I would like to refine a thing.
I never was a modder - I was 3rd party modeler for Oleg and Ilya years before modding started. That means, I worked with offical IL-2 and CloD tools and was teached by 1CMaddox guys how to do things right. I'm in DT now, yes, and I think it is a good place there, because in there, there are a few with a similar story like me. I literally even have the tools and possibility to do, what Team Fusion still is not able to. So I maybe can judge it a bit.
I'm sceptic, yes, but I have my reasons (mostly becasue of the dramatic action movie). Mysticpuma is a brilliant move maker, but for an announcement, it is too much shining and too less being in there. IMHO.
I realize now, I don't have a problem with the Team Fusion, but mainly with the movie - furthermore, as I was convinced by a (to me) reliable person, who told me, that there is more quality in the work, than the movie tells me.

So I am quite positive, that this will be an interesting development. And maybe I even will help some day, if possible. But before that, I have to buy CloD myself.

P.S.: I still think, they need a better logo. That said as a designated logo designer. :D

The Clod was officially abandoned. But We saw the success of his latest official patch.

I bought it in December year 2012- 10,000 sales in steam.
Now close to 15000 - Sales in steam.

Now we have a new patch/mod Fom Team Fusion,
We have some Bigs improvements, I think we should enjoys. :grin:
Really my congratulations to team fusion !! ;)

But I have to be honest I think it will be impossible, see a new P 51 or FW 190 on a new map. Is too much work to create a simple plane.
Clod was born and died in the channel. :(

I think this is the limit of their work. We will have a refined CLOD, but no more.......
It is unlikely that they will have the instruments to create new planes or scenaros with same level of accuracy of the official product.
It is unlikely also that the owner of the rights will let this sim become a competitor to their new product (BOS).
External if not internal limits will stop the development.
If there will not be new scenarios or planes, sooner or later people will have enough of playing always almost the same game.
