I think it's safe to say that anyone who brandishes a gun several times in traffic is likely to have his licence number phoned in to 911 by a concerned motorist. There would certainly be a "welcoming committee" on his return home -- who would be taking no chances. I would say the gun brandishing happened no more than once, if at all.
