Freedom of speech doesn't apply and doesn't exist on a privately owned discussion-board. Mods and owners can ban you for whatever reason (or no reason) as they see fit, without warning.

On topic: PEE ON HIS LEG!!!

Wait, what?

Who's Tree?

Madfish 09-06-2011 11:38 AM

Although I don't particulary like his style of writing and he annoys me as hell I voted don't ban him.

I know it's a borderline thing and sometimes means work for the moderators. However, sometimes the moderators have been acting a bit overly agressive and if the purpose of their moderation is to keep the forum child safe I would suggest they get used to work with children.

What's the meaning of always pulling the "we need to make it child safe card" if you ban members as soon as they act a little childish?

To me it just doesn't make any sense, almost feels like a lie or excuse to penalize members for minor misbehavings.

+1

And that being said, I have yet to admit in his favour he has never been rude to me even when I was sometimes to him, so Tree, I guess you don't listen anymore to me but, what the hell, you have my sincere apologize.

Lud.
