Didn't think you could set private slots?? I've heard you can prevent by adding people to your block list but I haven't seen this done or confirmed?

note to self; pen and paper during next game session =)

i've encountered rolan what ever his name is and don't recall any kind of play like that but will certainly keep an eye out for it from him and others.

to the respested bomber pilots (Gilly, Brig, Branko and probably others)... i know i have run into you guys several times trying to shoot you down and want you to know that it wasn't on purpose... just trying to get in close.

wow that suprises me i didnt think he was like that, yeah for sure he is a good enough pilot to not use that bullshit tatic. in arcade he is one of a handfull of pilots i hate to see at the back of my b17. oh well looks like the temptation of joining fag squadron was just to much for him.

Rest assured there's a difference between trying and ending up accidentally clattering into a bomber and deliberately flying at full tilt into one. Most of us guys who fly bombers understand that so rest assured you aren't being labelled or thought of as such. Appreciate that being behind Brigg, Branko and myself can be a fairly 'hot' place to be and with gunfire and burning engines and now and again it happens. There are a few persistant offenders whom most of us know and are ready for but this was a bit of a shock as the guy is a good fighter pilot and didn't need to do that.

well next time you see him, see if you can get one of his team mates in between your bomber and him. Then watch him shot down his own man to get to you! He'll do it wether or not he rams you afterwards is academic at this point.

From my own personal experience at chasing you big bird aces, sometimes the high velocity ram feels like a good option. But on the other hand i really like to see chunks fly off as i attempt to gut the b17 with my cannon

ive done the same thing, more so Gilly :-P just trying to get too close, usually out of respect for the ramee being the ramer, before i respawn i just send the said person a wee appology saying "sorry wasnt ment" or "sorry dude" had i reply back from someone asking why i'ed sent a sorry to him, he said it was my job to get him from the sky by whatever means, i replyed saying i agree'ed but kamikazi/deliberate ramming is NOT in the spirit of the game.

I second that! I've never intentionally rammed another player flying a bomber, but it has happened, and I usually send a msgs to the said player telling them that I'm sorry for the accidental kamikaze flying. I believe it's just good "sportsmanship"

***UPDATE***
just flew a strike mission on arcade and just as you guys said, the afore mentioned hurricane dude (who was my team mate) shot me down once to get to the bomber I was on, and tried the same tactic two more times before I peeled off! All I can say is "whats the deal you PR@*CK?"
