It is OK to make "monetization" on youtube with a Rig'n'Roll gameplay video?

I have 2 videos of Rig'n'Roll gameplay, and I would like to know if it's ok to enable the monatization option on them.

You’re going to have to be a little more specific as to the definition of monetization as this may have copyright issues involved.
