wouldnt be fair to have the mossie in game, not as a bomber anyway!!

it wouldnt need escorts, since its faster than its escorts for a start haha. it would just fly in, drop bombs, fly out. All in a days work for the mossie.

Well the blenhiem was mentioned in this thread for a bit earlier, and no sign of the mossie, I doubt it will be in the box, we're just going to have to hope for DLC.

But then again, I'd be happy to be proven wrong!

i agree with many of you that the mossie was THE GREAT aircraft of ww11, and many years after, any role it undertook ended in success, and lets not forget that for a long period of time it was the fastest propellor powered aircraft of the war. Great shame not to see it in the game possible the biggest unsung hero of the war.

check out mossie.org for info on possible airworthy restorations etc ;)

The mossie was the first plane to be built here in Australia in the 40's, the first car the holden wasnt till the fifties.

For those interested, today is the 70th anniversary of the first flight of the Mosquito with thousands ever built.
