They are still doing changes to the various effects , once they settle on their final
effects which are btw not bad looking at all , effects will then go through off-line modding
community tuning so they can run with ease on Pentium III systems without
FPS hit , you better believe ! now we just have to wait a bit :cool:

Almost all effects are OK, but smokes/clouds are really bad in performance...

No problem here, I use Kegetys low cloud mod and that also includes dust, smoke and other particle effects.

Actually, I would like to have better graphic effects for smoke, which is far worse in IL2CoD than in other 2011 games.

And I would also like menu graphic options to can chose between quality and performance for the said smoke/dust effects.

That would be an excellent idea, I'm sure it wouldnt be too hard

It really sucks in a 110 when you fire the 2x20mm. It's basically a smoke gun obscuring your view and dropping frames by 75%.
