Man the developers visit this forum sometimes!!!! What would they think if they seen your thread? Igor Belago will think why do I bother answering the questions of these children? He is already mad about the nonsense that people ask him.

look you talk to the developers, we don't.
we have no idea of what to expect of the game.

the game should of been smaller and done 3 years ago. they could of added everything they wanted in the sequel. but they didn't, they spent what, 7 years? on this game. we know very little about it. from the looks of it, it is a super sim with extreme detail.

so because of that, we can't draw the line of what kind of stuff will be possible. for all we know, you can masturbate in the game, you can go to McDonalds and dip your tater-tots in barbaeque sauce.. and then get in your truck and start running through all the walls until the place is completely demolished.

We don't know nothing..

This is hilarious

I'm astounded by the amount of people that don't have a bit of humour! Who would actually take this seriously?? Geez

Ubaku 10-24-2007 07:36 PM

Sure I find it funny, to be honest I have no clue why I was so serious about this in the first place. I guess I'm too used to being a moderator at other websites. But I'm not a moderator anymore so who cares.

Having road trash, road kills and allowing the windows to fog up are good ideas. These are actually really good ideas to immerse the player further into the virtual world. I LOVE attention to detail in any game.

I think it is possible to buy radar scanners to look out for cops in Rig'n'Roll since it was in Hard Truck 2 I think. There are radar traps right? One can speed most of the time in real life by about 10 over the speed limit, but over that and the cops come after you. At least, here in Pennsylvania.

I think he/she was talking about your comments not the game.

Work with them? Cool. I make games as well. I would like to help out and I understand your stance since I would ask such questions in a serious way. FYI, I am from PA too. I read that in one of your other posts about being from PA.

I wonder what the questions were. I know how suggestions to our game could get annoying when they get out of hand, but it all comes down to the way the suggestion is expressed or the way it was interpreted.

as we all know after a long day on the road.. many truckers might rent a porno, if not a hooker all together, and "do the nasty" to relieve stress

Best post ever.. and I know good post.

Oh its very simple, the questions were "Will the trucks have a steering wheel?" "Will the trucks have an odometer?" "Will the game have trucks?" "Will the trucks have wheels?"

And our wonderful new question from doordie, "also when the drivers eat Cheeto's, Dorito's, nacho's, and other stuff while driving, they will drop crumbs inside the cabin.. will you be able to vacuum your truck while at a truck-stop?"

Just bullcrap like that. If you were a serious director of a software developing company like Igor Belago is, I guess you would think the gamers are a bunch of idiots, and I'm not surprised if Igor thinks so already. That is why your question on masturbation and the rest got to me.

Igor already commented in one Truckpol interview which I translated that he is tired of absurd questions that gamers ask him. We are wasting his time with questions about toilet paper, bread crumbs, and do the trucks have a steering wheel.

Come on people, you are not that stupid I hope!!!!!!

lol ubaku u are soo right

like come on if those questions are question about this game. Like I understand maybe u get married and kiss ur wife. But jacking off while driving and picking up crumbs. You are a foil to ask that like this game is about driving big rigs not live an life of an bum.

GargantulaKon 10-25-2007 08:28 PM

I agree with you about the other questions except, "Will the trucks have an odometer?". That is valid to me since a lot of driving/racing simulations/games do not have that feature. It is nice to see how much distance was traveled in the virtual truck or how much time I wasted virtually driving. I am guessing that Rig'n'Roll will have that feature then since it was a "stupid" question.

doordie 10-25-2007 10:13 PM

Will this game allow you to drive your truck up Lombard street in San Francisco (very steep) and down the famous zig-zag block? I want to see some fancy wrecks!!

(see the very tip? I want to come out of that at high speed and hit the zig-zag and go rolling downhill.. hopefully resulting in some fancy fireworks).

Will there be container ships in the bay.. going under the Golden Gate bridge? There should be... and I should be able to fly off the cliff at the start of the bridge and land on top of one.. :) http://research.microsoft.com/users/...goldengate.jpg <<<
