After a bit of tweaking it doesn't run too bad , it would be running in the 30 fps area on mine , and my system is quite old.

I am of course sad to see the game is unplayable, ALTHOUGH, just by looking in the control setting I see this game is truly prepared for EVERYTHING, and I see many years of add ons such as " pacific fighters" etc. But I smell financial difficulties, not a rare thing these days, but what I mean is that I'll gladly pay for this unplayable game to ensure they start getting an income to prove this title is worth it. After more than 10 years in the gaming industry I know these guys work exceptionally hard to reach this level of quality to us rivet counters... :)

Except for the stuttering over landmasses I get about 40-60 fps on my Mac pro at 2560x1600 on highest graphics which is awesome :)

from my experience releasing a sim too early might have one positive impact...why? Well, now they have a huge community of "beta testers" and thats priceless for them as now they would be able to fix things FASTER.....believe me...just report bugs....

Exactly! I for one am happy to have it on my computer.

I'm perfectly glad to have my copy now too. Runs horribly though and is easily 12 months away from being anywhere near acceptable as a retail product.

Unbelievable.

I can't believe some people are upset at those who are angry with this game. I can't even get the thing started. Always get 'Launcher has stopped working'.
That being said, what's even worse is that noone seems to be able to help because so many have so many problems.
Can't senior members understand that we feel ripped off. What about the people who buy the product and don't go onto forums to see excuses being made for the developers.
Surely one must understand that any company selling a product that doesn't work is highly immoral, unethical and dare I say it, illegal.
Where is the phone number I can call to have direct support so I can at least get past those damn crosshairs.
Come on Senior Members, give us folk a chance. We're not all computer whizzes, nor should we have to be. :(:(

The sim is very playable for me with forests and buildings toned down to the lowest settings.

This is with a GTX570.

You could further try to tweak your conf.ini regarding dynamic light and view distance. I think it would be a good idea if the devs put these in the video options dialog.

Ofc my card cant handel the game. But when i play crysis 2 with everything on max. It lag on a totaly diffrent way.. And it is like this with all games i have played. But this game have some really bad lag issues... I cant even play at low settnings. This just talking for it self... The game have big issues. When my buddy play with Geforce 590 and cant even play at low-med settnings, then it's something really wrong about this game...
