Then I'd make sure Storm of war was released on PS3...

Amen to that, I would get one of those full motion ones on hydraulics.
I would also get some private hackers to get gamecube rogue squadren game emulated on it. Or even get someone to create a star wars mod for the pc version of BoP

nice idea but how do you keep up with the repair costs?

By not getting shot down, of course.

If you don't want to repair your model ww2 fighter, win the battle! And don't get hit.

But now on second thought, with 150 million pounds which is something like 250 million us dollars, I would actually just start air combat for real as a sport. I know there are people that go through the motions of it, but they don't actually shoot each other. No need for model airplanes, cameras and computers, I'll use real airplanes, and the only difference will be the canopies will use modern armor so the pilot will only be killed if they fail to bail out when they're shot down.

Just another extreme sport, but if some countries ban it, I'll buy an uninhabited Pacific Island and have the competitions there, and sell the rights to pay-per-view.

on the other hand its over priced so that shows the publisher they fucked up

Been thinking recently about whether it's worth the current price of £7.99 when I found some earlier links to when the DLC first came out - almost half the price/MS points were being asked at the time. Now that I find is a real shame, after all, the content is already there, it just needs unlocking.

I will probably buy the DLC codes though, as it will bug me constantly otherwise.

As to funding a sequel...hell, why not, just as long as they include all theatres and in broader detail.

Have you ever read The Most Dangerous Game? I think maybe a situation like that is in order for your island, but with planes.:-P

In reality, if I had that much money, the last thing I would be doing is trying to get some game published. But as long as we're dreaming, sure I guess I could toss a few bucks at 1C and see what they would do.

I took a military history class with a Professor named ron yoshino. Now when he was growing up in central California as a kid his neighbor was a retired WWII Major who was a doctor. Now the interesting thing was this Major had a landing strip in his backyard and his craft of choice was a P-51D and would fly over my Prof house just to make the kids happy.
If i won the Millions of bags of money I would Buy regular house, a big strip of land, A P-38 lightning, I would invest in a BoP sequal and invest what was left over and never work again.

Sure, invensting founds in gaming industry is a good choice, games still selling a lot world wide! :-)

I would stick £100 million in a high interest account. With the rest, I would start a company to restore (or scratch build) WW2 a/c. I would then donate them to the BBMF and pay for their upkeep. I would get things flying like a Wimpy, Mossie, Tiffy, Halibag, Whirlwind, Defiant.......... Oh the possibilties!

I would also bump off 1C and make my own company to get the sequel going! The focus group would be you guys, so the game would be made around your suggestions. Although you would probs need a seperate 60gig HDD for the game and all its DLC!
