Yes…that’s how I read it…if you can keep flying for one minute after being hit the guy who shot you will not get the kill.

Basically it is for the times when you shot the hell out of some one and he can’t keep the plane in the air and crashes….and you still didn’t get the kill, although you rightfully deserve it…this patch should correct this issue. (it should also stop people from crashing on purpose to keep you from getting the kill).

Although I’ve flown with you Deascendent and when ever you’re behind me I start praying because I know I am not long for this world…with or without a patch…lol
