Or the graphical way (though I like the command line version you suggest ;)):
Right click computer, select manage, go to "Local Users and Groups" and then select the folder "Users", open the Adminstrator user and uncheck the "Account is disabled" checkbox... But you really should be fine by putting your "real" user in the Administrators group?
