Anyone who spends $300+ on World of Tanks should be considered suspect. Certainly not qualified to speak for me.

If you were to actually read the site, you would see that he has rectified that 'announcement' as it was the result of false information being sent to him (Heinkill). So clearly he wasn't in any way trying to dupe you, although clearly you're a little bit sore.
