Seems that all download links related to missions/campaigns of il-2:Cliffs of Dover in Airwarfare are dead...

Binaries are now available at the projects Google Code website. Source code as well.

All links are now restored. Apologies for any inconvenience

Great mod, the only reason I'm not enjoying it is because I can't use a Bf 110 properly and my aiming skills suck

Although I've noticed that some important groups/wings are missing. There are no Stukageschwaders (I'd love to fly with Stukageschwader 2 'Immelman'), and two of the most important groups, I/JG 2 'Richthofen' (Helmut Wick was in 3 Staffel) and II/ZG 76 'Haifischgruppe'. Could these be added in a later version/patch?

Is there a way to get the bombers to fly their enroute to target altitudes at 7 to 9 thousand meters(their escorts, as well), as allowed now with TF patch? Should they be doing so already(5 or 6 thousand is the highest I've observed, thus far)? If it is a file that needs adjustment could you point me in the right direction?

Cybermat, try looking at the .SECTION files in the campaign folder. You can add squadrons and aircraft for player and AI there.

Stoli, look at the Mission.cs file. There are two methods called createRandomBomberFlight. Lines 890 and 998 you can see where it chooses a random altitude for the bombers. It's easy enough to change. You will have to recompile, though.

Please forgive me for my ignorance, but I'm assuming this file is not available to a typical windows user(I do have show hidden files enabled). Although what you showed me makes complete sense, I cannot for the life of me find the mission.cs file anywhere in the TEF campaign files I downloaded or the games root files after a TEF install. Or, is this a file I need to add?

You need to download the source code. It wasn't included with previous releases because I'm lazy. You can use an SVN client to download it from Google Code or it comes with the binaries available here.

You will also need to follow the instructions here. You will need to install Visual Studio (a free version is available). Then open the file DynamicCampaign.sln with Visual Studio, add the missing references, change the code and compile. Replacing the existing .dlls with the ones you just compiled is simple enough and shouldn't require starting a new campaign.

Thanks. I can't wait to get your campaign adjusted to get some high altitude bomber intercepts and watch swarms of contrails coming across the channel.

Most have probably forgotten about this old campaign generator, but it works with the Blitz edition and here are the files which will include the Hurricane fighter bomber as a flyable plane in the campaign. To fly it, select the 52nd RAF squadron.

A very kind person has done some coding (thanks AtariBaby!) and, as a result, there's a new version of the TEF Dynamic Campaign generator:

and a direct link to the file:

For my part, I've been experimenting with making the AI wingmen follow the human lead and have had some success. It all boils down to starting up the engine before the takeoff. Not thoroughly tested yet, but here are the files:
