I just finished the babysitter, and after I figured that one out, it was pretty easy. I just concentrated on the one plane that was blinking. I assumed this was the leader, and the one that I was to babysit. I left the rest of them to fend for themselves. I just stayed on his 6 and swatted any foe that came near him. When I started taking some fire, I commanded my flight to cover me, as I continued to cover that one plane. Did this for several minutes, then suddenly "Mission Completed" .
