Thats normal. It is just a beta patch, so the voices won't come out till the official one, most likely.

patch 1.16.4 doesn't even install?
 

Hi gents, I've DL the patch 1.16.4 from both links and everytime I wish to run this after downloading it, I get after the language selection this msg:

Runtime Error at 9:1139 Cannot open file
c;docu2\....\........\.......temp\is-SUCO4tmp\1.bmp

??? has anyone else experienced this?

I've seen only 2 places for this MP patch yet both have similar problem.

Any advice, thoughts on idea's of what could be the problem would be highly appreciated.
